Delete your LexPilot account

This page explains how to delete your account on LexPilot, the legal research and drafting app operated by Lexonix Private Limited (CIN U69100HR2026PTC147338), on the web and on Android.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@lexpilot.in from the email address you sign in to LexPilot with, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. We reply to that address to confirm the request is yours. This stops anyone else from deleting your account.
3. Once you confirm, we delete your account and its data within 30 days and write back to tell you it is done.

What we delete

• Your account and profile — your name, email address and advocate details.
• Your cases, research sessions and saved cases.
• Your drafts, including every version.
• The documents and photographs you uploaded.
• The templates you created.

What we keep, and why

If you ever paid for a plan, we keep the payment and billing records for those transactions — the amount, date, plan and invoice — for as long as Indian tax and company law requires us to. They are kept only for that purpose. None of your case material is kept.

If you have an active subscription

Also revoke the UPI Autopay mandate for LexPilot in your UPI app (the app where you approved it). That removes the standing instruction at your bank. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Delete some data without closing your account

You don’t need to delete your account to remove your work. Sign in at lexpilot.in with the same account and you can delete any case, research session, draft, saved case or uploaded document at any time. Or email us and name what you want removed.

Google sign-in

LexPilot signs you in with Google. You can also remove LexPilot’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account’s third-party connections page. On its own this does not delete your LexPilot data — follow the steps above for that.
