Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
This policy explains how paid plans, cancellations and refunds work on LexPilot, operated by Lexonix Pvt Limited (“LexPilot”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free 3-day trial (₹1 refundable setup)
New users can start a 3-day trial. The trial itself is free — you are not charged the plan price during the 3 days. Setting it up requires a one-time ₹1 charge, which only authorises a UPI Autopay mandate; the ₹1 is refunded to your UPI account automatically, right after the mandate is active. You do not need to request it.
At the end of the 3-day trial, your subscription automatically converts to the plan’s recurring price (currently ₹999 per month), charged through the UPI Autopay mandate, unless you cancel before then (see section 3). Your UPI app shows the exact amount before you approve the mandate, and you are notified before each debit. The trial is limited to one per user. Trial length, limits and availability may change over time, and we may update how the trial works.
2. Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance in Indian Rupees (INR), collected through our payment provider, Paytm (for example, via UPI Autopay mandates). Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Plan prices are shown on the pricing page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time — no lock-in, no cancellation fee.
- To stop auto-renewal, revoke the UPI Autopay mandate for LexPilot in your UPI app (the app where you approved it, e.g. Paytm / your bank’s UPI app). Removing the mandate there stops any further debits.
- Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle: you keep access for the period already paid, and you are not charged again.
- Need help? Write to contact@lexpilot.in from your registered email and we will assist.
4. Refunds
- The ₹1 trial setup charge is fully refunded automatically once the UPI Autopay mandate is active — you do not need to request it. If you do not see the ₹1 back within a few business days, contact us and we will resolve it.
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable — the 3-day trial exists so you can evaluate the Service before the first plan charge, and you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges. If you believe a payment was charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it in good faith.
- Duplicate, failed or erroneous charges (for example, a double debit, a charge after you cancelled, or payment captured while the Service was not provisioned) are refunded in full once verified.
- Refunds may be declined where we detect abuse (for example, repeated subscribe-refund cycles or violations of our Terms of Service).
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g. the UPI account debited) within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account. We will confirm by email when a refund is initiated.
6. How to request a refund
Email contact@lexpilot.in from your registered email with: (i) the registered account email, (ii) the payment reference / UPI transaction ID, and (iii) a brief reason. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect refund requests already made.
